We consider the Customs Brokerage as one of our Value-Added Services. As soon as the ordered goods are ready for shipping to the end destination, the customs declaration procedure can be started. Barex can make arrangement, so that this process will be done in the shortest possible time.
In import we accompany you from the customs declaration to the customs receipt. We can present you the customs declarations for the import handling in the simplified and in the normal procedure (ATLAS) and support you with enquiries and notifications from the customs authorities. Additional to these services we offer you by export physical customs inspections and document processing (Checking the relevant documents of the shipments for export from EU). After the goods have left the EU, an export certificate for VAT purposes (the so-called exit note) is issued. And for Transit cases, we can support you in the clarification of unfinished shipping procedures as well as the issue of T1 and T2 Shipping Notes.
